From the first enquiry to when we arrived to view the car it was such a friendly and relaxed experience. I was helping my daughter buy her first car and Hugh was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable, he made us feel at ease and let us test drive the car. We were provided with service history documents and the entire experience was relaxed and enjoyable, how buying a car should be! Collection day was lovely and we were given drinks and Hugh helped us tax the vehicle. We would highly recommend this company.Thank you again Hugh, you were amazing!Very professional and transparent service. Good communication and quick to respond to queries. All the paperwork for the vehicle was readily available and offered freely. Overall a good experience.

After a long and stressful experience trying to find my first car to learn and pass in, I thought I had found a good an genuine place to buy fromI purchased a 2009 Toyota Yaris for £2450 which would have been okay on value if it was not for all the issues that it has come with. I was shown the car by a very good and polite salesman who took us on a test drive and talked us through the basic details of the car. I placed the deposit on the day of viewing before it would go in for an MOT before finalising the purchase. South Croydon motor centre failed to inform me that the car would come with only 1 key and that the motherboard on the 1 key is completely ruined. I was only informed on the fact that there would be 1 key after already placing the deposit. To get my only key I have fixed it will cost me £60 and to have a 2nd key made another £80 which is another £140 expense which I simply cannot afford as a student. I have called back in regards to a key but have been told the previous owner of the car has not responded to the matter When looking at the car one of the wing mirrors was smashed/cracked and after asking I was ensured that this would be replaced and fixed at the MOT, the wing mirror was replaced however it is upside down and folds outwards instead of inwards.I have not driven this car very far or on any fast roads, however after taking it out today a small piece of plastic came flying off when I was going just under 40mph, after checking what had fallen off I was left too see that the part had been put on using a weak glue strip and was bound to fall off at any moment.Alongside this I was told that a new clutch was put in due to an issue with the reverse gear, however there is still an issue with the reverse gear. The reverse gear is very difficult to find and will often pop back out or push up into neutral why you’re reversing.Overall I’m very disappointed with the whole experience and the purchase of this car and it has put me off having to go through the whole process again once I manage to move this car on.

I recently part exchanged my Volvo for a newer Hyundai Kona Hybrid.I have to say the trade in value given on the Volvo was certainly good as was the price of the Hyundai and I am very happy. I would like to thank both owner Hugh and member of staff Daniel for their excellent ,friendly professional service. Daniel is very polite when answering the telephone and in person and is a credit to the business. Overall dealings are efficient and Daniel even dealt with the transfer of a private plate for me. I will certainly be coming back when I next change vehicles. Thank you Hugh and Daniel.

My daughter bought her first car here recently, Daniel was exceptionally helpful and friendly and particularly responsive on the phone before we travelled some distance to see the car. Appts are booked so no waiting around, very thorough service, would recommend for sure.
