We at South Croydon Motor Centre have just started our brand new online Appointment service.

How it works.

1) Call or email us to book a virtual viewing appointment of the car you wish to buy from us. ( this will require to be booked 24 hours prior to the online appointment)

2)  One of our sales representatives will call you at a specified time on a Whats app / Face time call

3) We will show you around the car , Inside and out and point out any marks on the car down to the last stone chip.

4) We will then show you all the relevant paperwork, this will include service history, MOT History check, HPI Report and a AA History report.

5) Feel free to ask any question along the way as you will be on a live video call. We can even value your part exchange for you as well

6) Assuming you are happy with the car a £250 deposit can be taken to reserve the car and this will enable us to complete any MOT or service work required.

7) Either arrange a time convenient for you to collect the car or arrange for *free local delivery to your door.

8) Will then complete all the relevant paperwork for your new car including the 6 Months Warranty and 12 Months Free AA Cover, we will also help you tax your new car online. Once the Balance has been paid.

The above measures have been put in place for the safety of all staff and customers.

During the current pandemic, you can feel safe from the comfort of your own home viewing your next purchase.

We have taken away new levels of uncomfortable measures in which buying a car now looks like.

Will the staff at the dealership keep a safe 2 meter distant?

Will they sanitise my part exchange after looking around it to offer me a value?  

When was the car I am looking to buy last sanitised?

How many people have had a test drive in my new car this week?

Has the car been sanitised so it’s safe for me to view?


 We at south Croydon Motor Centre follow all of the above and more to make sure staff and customers are safe.

However we understand there may be an edge of uncertainty around visiting a dealership, which we completely understand.

With the added measures we now have in place, this experience gives a live view of the car you are buying.


This is not a standard video of a car you see everywhere else.

This is a personalised sale, where one of our sales staff will answer any questions you may have and show you what you want to see, not what we want you to see!

We would of course love to see you at our dealership, however we understand a lot of our new and existing customers are uncomfortable with this.
